WORK PACKAGE 1

The goal of WP1 is to manage the implementation of the project.

This includes:

• Overall strategic and operational management of the project to ensure accuracy, quality and schedule of deliverables;

• Full integration of activities;

• Timely reporting and dissemination of results;

• Accurate financial and administrative management of the project;

• Management of effective collaboration and communication between partners;

• Management of contacts with EIT authorities and preparation of regular reports.
